539+ The Magnificent 7

Taking the 539+ framework (developed by Louis Cayer) of game situation, phases of play and tactical intentions and applying it to day to day coaching is what this course is all about. On the course coaches will take a deep dive into how the simple comes from the complex and how the framework can inform quality coaching across a typical session structure. Using the 539+ to practically inform the 'what' to do, we use the Ahead of the Game - Maginificent 7 to ensure that the all important 'how to be' is also considered.
